...I read the people's thoughts below. It's...interesting how people see things. I don't see vampire. I don't see thief. I don't see how. For me, and this is just me, a kid just starting to learn about art. I see a sort of madness. I simply see a woman walking down the highway trying to balance herself on the center line dividers as if it were a tightrope. She's been doing it for hours maybe, until her feet bled, but her focus is life and death. She can't fall because in her own mind it's a long way down. This is not based on reality because she's not based on reality so no one is going to hit her with a car. She will keep walking forever perhaps or until she finds peace. I like to think she will find a safe place eventually...or she'll wake up.:) Meanwhile what you've captured is a pose so dynamic and fantastic that I can't take my eyes off of her contortion, and the focus that constricts her body far beyond just the locked gaze of her eyes. It's a beautiful symmetry and exploration of the human body. You've really explored your craft because your grasp of human anatomy is phenomenal.:nod: Masha, my sister, who's sitting with me says you're one of the best anatomical human painters she's seen here. You go for the raw and the real in places most artists don't want to go...or can't go.=D

Oh I really love the tight, compact, and almost
claustraphobic twisting of her posture and appendages.
...and I love your use of space and composition.
The hints of perspective space are great too.

As a sculptor I can't get over the beauty of her pose.
It's a very well composed and quite an unsettling pose...
...but it makes me want to sculpt, and move my fingers
like a symphony conductor....whose suffering from Parkinsons...
...ok....
maybe that's not the best analogy...haha


It's very well done!!
...and it speaks quietly which I really enjoy.
...like a whispher...
awesome stuff...
